Use Learning Notes and collections without losing context
Keep short private reflections attached to the source that prompted them, then group only the material you expect to use again.
Learning Notes are for small, source-linked reflections: a decision you made, an assumption to test, or the next conversation you need to have. They are not a shared workspace or a replacement for your company’s operating system.
Use notes well
- Open a source from Learn, Library, or a cohort resource.
- Add the smallest note that preserves why it mattered.
- Return to Learning Notes in My Library when you need to reconnect the note to its source.
Use collections sparingly
Collections are flat and personal. Create one when a small set of saved sources belongs together—for example, “Q3 pricing review.” A collection does not grant another person access, change a source’s visibility, or copy the source into your account.
