Save and return to the learning that matters

Use My Library to keep useful sources, revisit recent work, and build a lightweight personal shelf without duplicating Apollo knowledge.

Use the public Library to discover sources. When you are signed in, Save keeps an item in My Library, where it remains private to your account.

What each view is for

  • Saved: sources you deliberately want to revisit.
  • Recent: material you have opened or completed recently.
  • Completed: learning you have marked complete through Apollo Learn.
  • Learning Notes: source-linked notes that remain private to you.
  • Collections: small, personal groups of saved items.

Saving does not copy an article, change its access level, or create a second version of the source. If an item belongs to a private cohort or course, your access still follows that membership. If you cannot find an item again, search Apollo knowledge by need.
