Use Apollo tools and external applications with clear boundaries
Understand how Apollo handoffs work before you open a specialist tool, create an account, or share information outside this product.
Build connects a founder question to a specialist application. These applications are intentionally independent: Apollo does not imply shared account identity, shared data, billing, or support coverage unless the destination says so.
Before you hand off
- Read the application’s purpose and decide whether it fits the decision you are making now.
- Expect the destination to explain its own account, privacy, and product terms.
- Save any Apollo source you want to return to before leaving.
Where to get help
Apollo support can help with an Apollo route, learning source, or the clarity of a handoff. For an issue inside an external product, use that product’s own support path first. If the handoff itself is broken, report the problem to Apollo with the link you used and what happened.
