Get help with account, privacy, and data requests
Find the right path for account controls, privacy information, data-export requests, and questions about the information Apollo stores.
Use Settings for your account controls and display preferences. Apollo’s identity provider manages password, verification, session, and account-deletion controls.
Choose the right route
- Read Privacy and Terms for the current policy information.
- Use Settings to manage available account controls.
- Request a copy of your data through Contact; self-service export is not currently offered.
- For a privacy or account problem, choose Account, privacy, or data request in Support.
Apollo keeps founder-specific saved items, notes, progress, and cohort resources private to the relevant account or programme membership. External Apollo tools have their own account and data boundaries.
