Understand course, cohort, and event access

Apollo makes public learning available before it asks you to commit to a programme. Courses, cohorts, and events can add different access rules because they may include dates, facilitation, attendance, or private resources.

The practical distinction

• Guides and Library: public discovery and learning where the source permits it.
• Apollo Learn enrolment: personal progress and private learning state.
• Cohort membership: access to a specific programme’s sessions and resources.
• Events: registration and logistics for a particular event.

Always check the programme page for format, dates, time zone, and access requirements. A waitlist is not enrolment, and opening a public programme page does not grant private recordings or materials. If a registration or access state looks wrong, include the programme name and route when you contact support.
