Turn recurring founder worries into explicit risks, then define a preparation or strategic choice for each one. Anxiety consumes attention; a concrete response converts uncertainty into action.
Founders make worse decisions when vague fears dominate their attention. Naming risks, signals, and responses improves focus and helps the company act before problems become urgent.
Write down your three biggest worries. For each, ask: What evidence would show this risk is becoming real, what can we prepare now, and what strategic decision would reduce our exposure?
