Founders who focus only on incremental efficiency may miss opportunities created by scale, while those who scale automation without rethinking quality, oversight, and downstream effects may amplify mistakes.
Choose one activity that AI could make dramatically more abundant, then ask: “If we could do this 1,000 times more often at low cost, what would we build differently—and what new failure mode would require a safeguard?”
