What a founder can learn

Founder takeaway

Treat AI delegation and human delegation as different leadership disciplines. Automating tasks may increase capacity, but people still need context, trust, feedback, and support—especially amid burnout, grief, or loneliness.

Why it matters

Founders who view employees like interchangeable execution engines risk worsening disconnection and burnout. Sustainable performance requires both operational leverage from AI and deliberate investment in the human relationships behind the work.
