Build your advantage around capabilities that additional funding alone cannot quickly reproduce, rather than treating capital as the answer to every constraint.
Money can accelerate execution, but it may not resolve the underlying constraint. Identifying what capital cannot fix helps founders focus scarce attention on harder-to-copy sources of advantage.
Name your biggest current constraint, then ask: “If we had twice the budget tomorrow, what part of this problem would remain—and what capability must we start building now?”
