What a founder can learn

Founder takeaway

Choose AI models through blind, task-specific evaluations that mirror your real workflows—not reputation or a single benchmark. Test multiple capability types, especially sustained agentic work where reliability may matter more than an impressive one-off output.

Why it matters

Model choice affects product quality, operating cost, and team productivity. A repeatable evaluation suite helps founders distinguish broadly impressive models from the one that performs best for their particular use cases.

Put it to work

Select five recurring, high-value tasks in your business, define a scoring rubric for quality, reliability, speed, and cost, then compare model outputs without revealing which model produced each one.
