Adding more agents does not automatically create more output. Without clear oversight, concurrent work across engineering, customer success, and investor communication can increase confusion and wasted spend rather than reduce founder dependency.
List every active agent workflow and ask: What outcome is it responsible for, how will I know it is done, and where can I see its current status at a glance?
