When an important distribution channel weakens, replace intuition with a repeatable diagnostic system: consolidate its analytics into a live view that reveals which content and tactics still produce reach.
A sudden decline can trigger reactive posting or unnecessary strategy changes. Clear performance signals help founders isolate what is working, adjust faster, and turn content distribution into a measurable growth process.
Build a simple dashboard for your main channel and ask: Which topics, formats, posting patterns, and calls to action correlate with stronger reach—and what will we stop, continue, or test next?
