Redesign marketing around continuous learning, not a fixed set of roles: organize people and AI agents to capture market signals, turn them into experiments, and feed results back into future decisions.
Adding AI tools to a traditional org may only make existing tasks faster. Building explicit feedback loops can make the entire demand system more adaptive and increasingly effective over time.
Map one recurring marketing workflow from signal to action to result. Ask: where could an AI agent accelerate the work, where must a person exercise judgment, and how will each outcome improve the next cycle?
