Turn your origin story into a repeatable communications strategy rather than treating it as background. Identify the founder archetype your story naturally supports, then consistently connect that narrative to the problem your startup exists to solve.
A coherent founder narrative can make an unfamiliar startup easier to understand, remember, and care about—helping communications reinforce positioning instead of producing disconnected messages.
Write one sentence each for: “I started this because…,” “The change we want to create is…,” and “Customers should care because….” Use the answers to create a consistent message for your website, pitches, and founder-led content.
