Pricing power can come from changing how customers understand the product’s value—not merely adding features. Reposition around a more valuable outcome, use case, or customer problem before assuming the market will only accept your current price.
Founders often treat price as fixed by the product category. Stronger positioning can change the comparison customers make, increasing willingness to pay and improving the economics of the business.
Ask: “Which customer outcome makes our product most valuable, and does our positioning clearly connect the product—and its price—to that outcome?”
