Apollo layer
Your first product can be deliberately unscalable: build the smallest experience that lets real customers demonstrate demand before investing in automation or infrastructure. Treat that MVP as a test, not as proof that the full business will work.
A narrow MVP speeds learning and limits wasted effort, but only if founders are explicit about what it validates. Early usage may confirm a customer problem without proving retention, unit economics, or operational scalability.
What is the simplest manual or static version of your product that could test your riskiest customer assumption with real behavior this week?
