Apollo layer
The key treasury decision is not whether to use AI, but where to set autonomy boundaries. Classify each workflow by risk and define which actions AI may execute, which require approval, and which must remain human-led.
Treasury affects cash and financial control. Clear escalation and approval rules can capture automation benefits without handing consequential decisions to an agent by default.
Map one treasury workflow step by step. For each action, ask: Can AI execute it, should a human approve it, or must a human own it—and what threshold or exception changes that answer?
