0:00 Hey, I'm Mike from Apollo, and today I'm going to share with you an AI prospect analysis tool. It's a little custom GPT I've been building for well over a year.

0:13 And the great news is I've been able to get lots of speed and accuracy in generating a report if you're considering a partnership or a commercial.

0:24 A little relationship with a third party company, and you want to do some research. This tool will do it for you, and in 5 minutes it will do literally like 5 hours worth of work.

0:35 So the crucial thing is here, if you're a SDR, a BDR, commercial person, and you're trying to go out in the world and think about a win-win for your company and another, umm.

0:48 What's amazing is how much time is spent in that research. So here you can see, on the average day, it's 1-2 hours for an SDR to research the prospects before they make some sort of outreach, because they're really just trying to figure out the win-win for both companies.

1:07 So I thought to myself, well, that takes a lot of time up. If you look at it, what it accrues to over a month.

1:12 I mean, you're literally losing a week, almost, of your time, just to researching for your prospects. So I've built this, uh, tool that does a company snapshot.

1:24 It's all free. And, um, what I might do is I might show you the final report first. I've actually done it on this company.

1:31 It's called Heidi Health. So successful, uh, Series B started, uh, in Australia. HealthTech. So let's have a look at what they're up to.

1:40 Here you can see that they're, sort of, an AI care partner. And it transcribes multilingual consults, drafts, all that kind of good stuff that happens between a health professional and the patient.

1:51 Um, it goes on to talk about why matters, capital, go to market, why they're winning opportunities and risks. And so it's, Whilst this isn't just the quick summary page, it's giving a very good overview of what's going on with this third party company, this prospect.

2:09 But what, what I've been able to do is get it to really not hallucinate, uh, uh, use the web search function in GPT-5.

2:17 And you'll notice here that it's citing not only Heidi's website, but also third parties that are mentioning it. So we've already- got a pretty good overview here in the executive summary.

2:29 Um, going deeper, it's able to, uh, pull the corporate-registered information with an ABN lookup. Um, you might see that in the US for LLCs and C-corps.

2:41 So you can see it's sourcing a lot of data. It's actually referencing, uh, the source. So we're getting into the products.

2:48 The USPs. Um, going deeper into the traction signals, this is really important for, particularly when you get into the enterprise sales, looking at what's going on, where their growth might be.

3:00 Big strategic partnerships. You need this kind of information. So you've got go-to-market. You've got competitive landscape. You've got their positioning.

3:08 I mean, this is amazing. Swat analysis. Risks. Even gets into some of their full funnel marketing, and does their appendix as well.

3:17 So, uh, it's all done on this, uh, free GPT, so I'll put a link in the description. Let's run one right now.

3:25 Um, so I've chosen another, uh, Australian starter called GXE, which is all about managing all your private assets. So, what we have to do is put in the URL and it's going to do its work.

3:38 So, literally in five minutes, you can get to, you know, five hours worth of work, particularly with the strategic analysis.

3:46 So, what you'll see here is it's been able to pull some data. Look at this. This is really quite good.

3:53 Breakdown of the executives. This is fantastic. So, you might take this copy this and put it into a document in Google Docs, like I did here for Heidi.

4:05 The other thing here is, what you might do is, you might put it into something like Gamma, if you need it to be a bit more visual.
